He graduated from the Kyrgyz State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports with a degree in Physical Education and Sports Teaching, specializing in Alpine Skiing. He also graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, specializing in Recreational Geography of Local Lore and Tourism, with a degree in Geography.
