At the skiing competition that started on January 30 in Orlovka, Kyrgyzstan, Kyrgyz athletes won medals. According to information on the website of the International Ski Federation (FIS), on the first day of the Uzbekistan Championship, Adina Asanova took third place in giant slalom, and on the second day of the Kyrgyzstan Championship, Albina Ivanova won a silver medal. The tournaments, which will last until February 6, are held in Kyrgyzstan and gather the strongest athletes from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia. Participants will accumulate points necessary for participation in international competitions.
